I’m a fitness professional with an MS in Exercise Science from the California University of Pennsylvania and I hold several certifications in personal training and Corrective Exercise.  I teach all of my clients how to achieve their goals through functional training, proper technique, and motivation. I believe that everyone can make the changes that they seek.  When I’m not training I enjoy spending time with my wife, playing golf, and playing with my dogs.
